We are launching our World Vision 6k walk/run event! The cost is $50 to support World Vision’s clean water projects around the world. You can walk/run the full 6k, or as far as you are able.

You may directly register by going to the World Vision 6k website. Here are the steps to help you.
- Go to www.worldvision6k.org and click “SIGN UP FOR 2025”
- Enter your name, email, and create a password (unless you have a sign in from previous years).
This creates a personal webpage for you. This is mostly for any additional fundraising/sponsorship you may want to do. - Select “Adult 6K” or “Youth…”
- Select “Join a Team.” Search for and select “LGCC WV6K”
- Enter an optional fundraising goal (this is separate from the $50 registration fee). The T-shirt is 100% cotton. It will be mailed directly to you, in addition to a race bib and medal. Enter remaining information and Continue.
- Confirm everything is ok. Select Payment Method (Credit Card or PayPal), then Continue to Payment.
- Enter Credit Card or PayPal details and Select “PAY…”
REMEMBER THAT THE WORLD VISION 6K EVENT IS ON MAY 17, 10:00AM AT LGCC!!!
